TNRL – 5/5/2015 – A Pleasant Run around a Lake

Tonight will be a pleasant run around Lake Pleasant.  It’s 4.3 miles on a combination of paved and dirt roads. There will probably be gnats and sweat involved. And water, both in the lake & in bottles. Speaking of bottles…

So run around a lake. Or stay home and do something productive.

  1. JimLang says:

Fred and Natalie ran around the lake in 47 minutes.
Jim didn’t run – listened to his body.
Jen Miller didn’t run – listened to her body.

    • Bald Eagle across the lake. Fred spotted it. The rest of us saw it. (I didn’t see the white head, but we’ll go with that.)
    • 3 deer and a dog showed Fred & Natalie that they weren’t afraid
    • Fred’s new chickens are laying. Very brown eggs. Yum.
    • It was raining. But not hard enough to keep us from going.
    • Next week will be Waterford West.
